Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. 
If 30 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before you return an item to us, please email us at th3sh0p@thunderoline.com, quoting your order number, and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions within 24-48 hours. To be eligible for a return, your item must be "as new", i.e. unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and include a hard copy of your original order confirmation.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you've had confirmation that your refund is approved, but haven’t yet received it, please do the following;-

1. First check your bank/credit card account. 
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this, seven working days have passed, and your refund has still not shown in your bank/credit card account, please contact us at th3sh0p@thunderoline.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately reduced price or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thunder-online-shop.com and send your item to: PO Box 164 West Wickham Kent BR4 4AW (UK).

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 164 West Wickham Kent BR4 4AW (UK).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount you paid, and the item cost only will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item with a value over £45, you should consider using a trackable (signed for) shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, because we do not control the postal service.
